컨시어지가 물건을 받아주는 편이라 몇번이나 내려가서 확인해보았지만 보조제도 코코틴도 다 받지 못 했습니다.. 지금까지 쭉 기다렸는데 기약도 없습니다. 이런 경우 어떤 식으로 해결을 해주시나요? 아무리 적은 금액이라도 몇 달을 기다렸습니다. 너무 속상하네요. 믿고 구매한건데 지금까지도 뾰족하게 해결이 되지 않았다는게 좀 속상하네요.
